Who are we?
We are three engineers who graduated from UCLouvain: Brice, Alexandre and Vincent. Drawing on our experience in consultancy, we saw the challenges of engineering recruitment first-hand.
Brice, a former Business Manager, identified a key need and brought in Alexandre, an expert in product development, and Vincent, a computer engineer and software architect.
Together, we created ERTP, a solution designed by engineers, for engineers, to make recruitment fairer and more efficient.
Our challenge
Technical recruitment still relies far too often on networks, visibility or subjective impressions — and far too little on real skills. Unconscious bias distorts decisions, and good profiles go unnoticed if they are not “visible”.
We created Engineer Ranking Test Platform, alias ERTP, to change that: to assess candidates against genuinely objective criteria, backed by high-quality technical assessments, and to connect the right profiles with the right companies. No need for a large network or a social-media presence — only skills count.

An engineer by training and a former Business Manager, Brice founded ERTP to answer a clear need: helping companies assess technical skills objectively and efficiently.
Product development
An engineer by training with more than 5 years of experience in product development, Alexandre is in charge of product development at ERTP: he grows the platform and the assessments in line with the needs of candidates and companies.
Software architect
A computer engineer with more than 5 years of experience in software development (front-end and back-end), Vincent is ERTP's software architect and is responsible for developing the platform.
